Very Poor Service and Communication from GFS Couriers

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from GFS Couriers regarding my Temu order.

The communication from GFS Couriers has been very poor. On a previous delivery update, the driver marked the delivery as failed on the app without properly consulting me or making a reasonable attempt to communicate with me.

My current order has been showing as “Out for Delivery” since yesterday, but I still have not received my parcel. I am at work and am now approaching the end of my working day, with no clear information about when my order will actually be delivered.

When I contact GFS Couriers, I am unable to get clear and direct information about the whereabouts of my parcel or when I can expect delivery. This is extremely frustrating for a customer who has already been waiting for an order.

I hope Temu takes customer feedback seriously and reviews the courier companies they use. Based on my experience, I would strongly prefer Temu to consider couriers such as Balfour or Fastway, where customers can receive better communication and more reliable delivery service.
