Very Poor Delivery Service and Lack of Communication

They are not reachable over their contact number and drops the call after keeping you on hold. Tried contacting them multiple times every days morning and afternoons over the past 5 days. This is one useless Arabic logistics company. They don't even have an email listed anywhere on their global website....

Their tracking website is also useless. My parcel has been stuck in status "Departed from distribution center"
