Very disappointing experience with GFS Express—rude delivery drivers and poor service

Extremely disappointing service. The delivery driver refused to bring the parcel to my flat and instead insisted that we meet her at the gate. Our complex is quite large, so this would require us to get into a car and drive to the entrance, which defeats the purpose of having an item delivered.

I politely asked if she could drive into the complex and deliver the parcel to the unit, where my wife—who is unwell—was available to receive it. Despite this, she refused. When I explained the situation, she became argumentative and raised her voice, insisting that I had to come to the gate.

I found her behavior both shocking and unsettling, especially given that I remained calm and respectful throughout the conversation. This experience reflects a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service.

GFS Express should seriously consider providing customer service training to this staff member, as her conduct was unacceptable. The best part is, i still haven't received my parcel.
