USSELESSSSSSS - Worst ever service!!!!!

WORST service ever!!!!!!!! Out for delivery since Sunday 26 Oct was promised by two call center personnel that it would arrive on Tuesday but nothing... Wednesday they said it will come and will check in at !6:00 to make sure but nobody phoned so I call them and they don't have an answer and says the manger will call but nothing, Thursday phoning them nobody knows were the package are and the manager is not available... they won't refund you so you just lose your tax money!!!!
