Useless, Unprofessional and, and, and !!

Express, is not the name I would give this Company!! They are unreliable, and put one under false impression making one think you will receive your package, just to relize that it will not be happening. More than 4 weeks later still don't have my package that I ordered from Temu it arrived in SA quick but as soon as the courier's had it that is were the problem came in. Status : out for delivery in the morning by the afternoon Status : Delivery postponed could not deliver package This has been going on for more than 4 weeks since arriving in SA !!!! Customer care my **s they are useless !! Now I can't be refunded until I get my Parcel.
