USELESS SERVICE

I can't understand WHY Temu and Shein is using this pathetic excuse of a courier! Had no updates for 2 days. The 1st of October on the app it said my purchase was out for delivery. The agent confirmed and she said it is currently at the POTCH hub. Yeah right! Called on the 3rd of October just to hear my parcel is still in JHB. The "agents" don't even know what's going on. The telephone line keeps breaking up. Customer service is up to 💩
