Useless service

After confirming order on Temu and paying duty in July. I have not received any feedback from this company. I have been trying to get hold of GFS since Monday 11 August with NO one answering their calls. On Wednesday 13 August, the update was received at 10:52 stating "We are trying to deliver your order, if you have any question, please contact us". After 21 calls this morning and finally getting through to GFS. They advised that they are still sorting their packages and have NO idea when delivery will be able to be done. ONCE they have been able to sort their packages, it's a further 2 - 3 business day wait for delivery. They can not transfer to a supervisor as they only have 1 working in the whole company. I asked why state on their tracking that they are trying to deliver, the response was that it's standard for them to say. This is complete pathetic service that is being delivered.
