USELESS INCOMPETENCE

This company is horrific! It's been out for delivery since Tuesday, I called on Friday to ask where the heck the parcel was. They promised delivery before 2pm, I waited. I explicitly said to message or call when at the gate as it has no bell. Apparently they came at 8pm on a Friday night but didn't bother calling or messaging to say they were there. Saturday morning 8am I ask so nicely for a redelivery before 2pm as I needed all the items for an event. I asked if I could collect rather, anything to just end this and get my package. They refused to help any further. Well we waited the whole day and night - nothing. Called them 6 times and they hung up on me. The event happened and I didnt have all the decor for it, ***** them, I STILL DON'T HAVE THE PACKAGE. Why does Temu use them? THEY ARE USELESS.
