Useless company

They actually need no star rating. This company is taking the customers for a ride. It must be nice to take your own sweet time delivery items and not having proper methods avenues for customers to complain on. Whatsapp lines get answered two days later, when they do reply their answers are the same as two days previously. My items shows out for delivery for two days and when you speak to the agents on WhatsApp eventually they are rude and sarcastic. Disgusting company and probably the most useless company that I have delt with.
