Useless

Ordered from Temu on 28 Feb 26. Parcel got stopped by Customs in Kempton Park 3 March. No updates. Eventually got hold of Donald at Tri Ridge Freight and Logistics. On 31 March 25 he told me my parcel was released by Customs & I'll have it after Easter. On Monday, 14 April 26, got hold of Donald & he confirmed my parcel was handed over to the courier. This morning I called & the rude woman ons the line said my parcel is still at the distribution centre in Jhb. It only came into the country on 13 April 26! Does she think I'm stupid?! Pathetic deluxe!
