UNRELIABLE COURIER COMPANY

I wish I had a look at the reviews before I even selected this courier company to deliver my Temu order. My order states that it was delivered on the 14th of October 2025 but I have not received my items. The driver did not even bother to contact me regarding that they are closer to my location so that I can get my order. How is this company even running. I have called the customer service today(15th of October 2025) and was advised that it will take two working days as they need to contact the driver cause he "might have delivered it to the wrong person". If the driver had contacted me then I would have my package right now. I really regret using this company and looking at the reviews, I have no faith at all that I will receive my items or a refund. Is there a way that this company can be shut down??
