Unreliable

I am very disappointed with GFS Express’s service. There is always an issue with their deliveries, and parcels are consistently delayed. Even after paying the required duty amount, there is no improvement in turnaround time or urgency. Communication is poor, and follow-ups usually result in excuses rather than clear solutions or timelines. Based on my experience, Buffalo Logistics is a better option than GFS Express, which is concerning for a courier service. A courier company should be reliable once all payments have been made, but GFS Express has repeatedly failed to meet basic delivery expectations. I would not recommend their service.
