Unprofessional, poor and rude service undelivered

I have never experience such unprofessional and poor service like I did. I spoke to 3 people who were all rude and disrespectful. Then my calls when hanged continuously. Brands must stay away from this courier company. useless and unreliable especial for the kind of business.
