Unprofessional and pathetic service

I've been calling their contact centre they kept hanging up. My order was delayed until I had to go on leave so I wanted to make arrangements to deliver to my house instead of the work address. Then Boom! order at my workplace, I speak nicely to the driver explaining to him, he takes my address and sends the package back to their offices, that was Friday. Then Monday, a different driver, at my workplace again. I'm so ****ed off by this stupid unreliable service. I'm on maternity leave and guess what? they say they'll keep my parcel until I come back from maternity leave, after 4 months. What nonsense is this???
