Undelivered package

Have ordered clothes from temu which were supposed to have been delivered by GFS EXPRESS. I got a link to send the money for delivery a week later after having ordered. I send the required amount of R592 then waited. Nothing was delivered till the estimated date for delivery passed. I called their landlines to inquire about my package and I was told that they can nolonger trace it and they don't know it's where abouts. I asked for a refund and was told to send an email. Since then no money has been reversed. Highly dissapointed
