Unacceptable Non-Delivery Service From GFS Express

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from GFS Express.

My package was not delivered as promised, and communication throughout the process has been very poor. Despite waiting for updates and trying to follow up, there has been little to no feedback regarding the status of my parcel.

It is very frustrating to pay for a delivery service and then have to chase after information yourself. Reliable delivery and proper customer communication should be standard.

I hope GFS Express can improve their service and resolve delivery issues more efficiently in future.
