totally useless service

Payment was made for customs duty from their link on whatsapp .The payment went through on my bank but Gfs claims the payment dispute declined. I paid it a second time to get my goods delivered. I got the proof of payment for both transactions but cannot get a way to rectify this no email link or any telephone calls help, the email addresses they give don't work! Why is there no way to get any service from this company
