This is a **** of a courier company

Unfortunately there is no option to give 0. - No customer service, no responses to any of the queries I have sent. - The tracking website (if you can call it that) was created by someone that didn't even bother to use Google on how to make a website. - It looks like a one-man operation that only got into the business to become part of the Shein and Temu delivery group. - My order was with them on 1 December, the tracking website just shows tax paid and South Africa to South Africa. My only thought is that this is a person with a bakkie that can only load 20 things at a time and driving between airports and then dropping things at his house where another person is trying to sort it pack it and then drives around for 2 days delivering 20 items and then going back home.

This is not a oiled machine, this is not a machine at all, the only thing that makes them look like a transport company is the name, and they probable asked ChatGPT to give them an idea for a name.

I hope that after this dismal performance Temu/Shein realises that they were ****med by someone proclaiming they are a courier company and releases them from service.

They don't even have an email address, or phone number, just a what's app line. So, they will be completely ******** about all these complaints.
