This courier company is an absolute disgrace. GFS Express is completely useless, and it’s no surprise Temu is losing customers because of this pathetic service. I have sent multiple emails and still haven’t received a single response. Not even the basic decency to acknowledge a customer. What exactly do you people do all day? What’s the point of customers complaining on HelloPeter if you can’t even respond, follow up, or fix anything? This is beyond poor service it’s pure incompetence. Honestly, if you cannot do your job properly, then step aside and hire people who are actually willing to work. This is embarrassing. And Temu, if you are fully aware that this is the kind of service your customers are dealing with, then why are you still using this courier? What are you actually doing about it? Because right now, it looks like you simply don’t care.
