The worst service ever

Does not really deserve my 1 star, if i coule I'd give gfs else zero star. The most frustrating and horrible logistics to ever lived, i boughts stuffs from temu worth R1200 and i paid R352 for import taxes, and guess what? Without even trying to deliver my package to me, unfortunately gfs express returned back my package to temu and why? Because they were overwhelmed with orders, what kind of service is this, i paid for everything for them to return it because they lazy to do their job. I am disappointed in temu for continuing with this *********** logistics. Not to mention their customer service representatives always hang up phones on the customers and they have this massive attitude, idk even know how to describe it.
