The worst experience from a courier service

The worst experience ever!! For the past 2 days I've been waiting for my parcel as tracking said "out for delivery"today my parcel has been send back to the depot in Witbank because the driver **** and said I did not answer my phone when I never received any call!! I've never had this issue with other courier companies before. When I call I'm told I have to just be patient, I cannot speak to a manager because he/she is out sick and all the junior managers are in a meeting.
