THE WORST COURIER COMPANY

I got a message saying that my temu package will be delivered today I called the driver JINNY CELE to ask what time my package will be delivered she told me in a very rude way that she came to my address and I never answer my phone I told her that I received no call from her she was so rude saying well then it was bad reception, I told her if you came to my place you could of pressed the intercom that would of came straight to my phone she then cut the call on me! I called customer care and they just said well we will escalate it and it will take 48 hours to get back to you. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW IS WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE!
