The absolute worst. Cancel any Temu order you see that has them as courier.

Absolutely the worse courier company I have ever dealt with.

I order from Temu every now and again and have always been pleased with the courier companies delivering my package. This is the first time that GFS Express has handled it.

I will take note of any future orders and cancel the order immediately if I see it is being couriered by this company.

It has been so slow I actually thought that they shipped it by sea freight to save costs. Updates are slow and are posted at irregular times. It has also been "out for delivery" for the past 3 days and they cannot tell me when it is arriving.

I am able to get hold of customer support, but they only tell me what is on my tracking info which I already know and will cut you off if you start asking too many questions.
