Terrible service

I’ve ordered from Temu about 5 times and to date have only received 1 parcel via GFS Express. The current parcel has been out for delivery and then returned - with comments like “no answer” “ wrong number”. Getting through to the GFS call centre is a nightmare! The WhatsApp messages loop around and get you nowhere. They need to learn from other courier companies!!
