TERRIBLE SERVICE

This is the worse courier service ever, its the longest I have waited for a parcel from Temu. Every time I call the line drops, no one answers and gives updates, it states that my parcel out for delivery but I have not received it with ZERO communication. Worst website ever. Just overall HORRIFIC!
