Terrible service

The absolute worst courier experience I've ever had. They're slow and impossible to get a hold of. What kind of courier takes more than 3 days to get a package from Durban to Richardsbay? Then trying over three whole days to actually get in contact with them? While the package is still not been delivered mind you.
