Terrible Courier Company

Horrible service and call centre agents are unprofessional. My parcel has yet to be delivered despite the delivery guy calling me and saying he is outside my estate. It’s been days now and no one has been able to assist in the location of this parcel. The call centre agent was so rude , she screamed and shouted saying it’s not her problem. Truly shocking service…
