Terrible company - Can't track my parcel. Can't get hold of call centre

My parcel has been "out for delivery" for 2 days. No updates received. I called the whole day yesterday and have made 47 calls this morning and cannot get through to your call centre. I have not received any notifications for my delivery. I need my parcel, it has Christmas presents. Every single time I have a delivery with GFS EXPRESS I have the same issues. Where is my parcel????? I want my parcel!!!! I cannot get through to your call centre and your whatsapp chat is USELESS
