Temu must not use GFS express

I am extremely disappointed with GFS. I used them as the courier for my Temu order, and it has now been over 2 weeks, yet my parcel still hasn’t been delivered. The tracking information is confusing and gives no clear updates. I tried contacting GFS multiple times, but they never responded. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Waiting this long without any communication is incredibly frustrating and shows a total lack of care for customers. I sincerely hope Temu stops using GFS as a courier, as their service is unreliable and disappointing. I will never use GFS again and strongly advise others to avoid them if you want your parcels delivered on time.
