TEMU-GfS express: The Most Unreliable Courier Company

The most unreliable courier company by far. Even their drivers provide false information without any provocation.

I deliberately worked from home today to ensure that I would not miss my parcel delivery, only to later discover an update on the system stating: "Delivery failed, rescheduled with customer." This is completely untrue. I have been at home the entire day, and no one attempted delivery or contacted me.

The less said about their call centre and tracking system, the better. Calling their customer service number is an exercise in frustration — calls are simply dropped without ever reaching a consultant. This reflects a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.

I am genuinely surprised that international brands continue to use GFS Express as their courier service provider. If those businesses are comfortable losing customers and damaging their reputations, then they should certainly continue partnering with a company that operates in this manner.
