TEMU and GFS Express Couriers match made in Hell

TEMU / GFS Express....After notifying them via email (uploaded banking details) that a duplicate payment was made. No confirmation of receipt of email as requested. Tracking shows "Tax Payment Completed" since 3rd December. Also that a 3rd party website is needed to track GFS packages is worrisome.
