Shocking service and untruthful feedback

My delivery instruction clearly states office hours only. After 2 attempts to deliver after hours to my empty office I have been fobbed off, given incorrect information, told the manager is unavailable, promised delivery and cut off when they don't want to answer the question. I've offered to collect but that is also not allowed. The first part of the order arrived (given to a colleague without being asked for pin) but the second part is just sitting in their warehouse. They are useless and incapable of giving a truthful answer.
