Shocking service

If you had a -star this company would get it. Received an email on Saturday 3 Jan 2026 to say it was out for delivery. Waited the entire day - nothing! Logon to the actual order and says they have been trying since Friday 2 Jan to deliver - absolute BS as I was at home the entire day. Try calling them and the number has been switched off. Absolutely disgusting and they should be shut down! Typical bad business ethics - Only work on WhatsApp +***6 no email address!!!
