Shocking service

A parcel which was delivered to my home address needed a pin which is on my phone and I could not answer the call as I was at gym. My domestic worker went to receive the parcel which she normally signs for with no problems.He was arguing and shouting at my domestic worker I called the driver by the name of EDWIN who is arrogant and rude and asked if he was still in the vacinity and he said he was and that would I meet him at one of the garages. Since when is this allowed. I called him om his cellphone again and asked if it was Edwin speaking and he put the phone down in my ear. SHAME on you GFS Express for employing such people like this
