Shocking courier service

Have dealt with so many couriers over the years and this is far and away the worst ever. I was advised via the tracker that my parcel was out for delivery on Sunday, 17 August. When it still had not been delivered by Tuesday, 19 August, I called the office and I was told that the driver had advised that the delivery failed as I did not answer when he called to advise he was on his way - he never called, I have no missed calls. Delivery is then rescheduled for the next day, 20 August. It is now the following day, 21 August, mid-afternoon, and the tracker still says the parcel is out for delivery since yesterday at 08h48. Called again to follow up and apparently this same driver didn't manage to deliver all his parcels yesterday and is finishing his deliveries today. The parcel arrived at their distribution centre on 13 August - it is now 8 days later!!!!!!!!!
