Severe Delivery Delays and Poor Communication

I am leaving a negative review for GFS Express because my experience with them has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I placed my Temu order on the 10th, and it has now been almost three weeks with no full delivery. Only part of my order was delivered on the 23rd, and the remaining parcel is still outstanding. There has been no proper communication, no clear updates, and no reasonable explanation for this delay.

My order was split without clear notification, which only added to the confusion and inconvenience. I have made multiple attempts to get information regarding when my parcel will be delivered, but I have received poor responses and no meaningful assistance.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend GFS Express and would strongly advise others to think twice before using them for deliveries.
