Rude driver

I got a text that my order will be delivered on the 18th between 8 am and 5 PM, the delivery did not happen nor did I get any notification regarding the delay. On the 19th at 6:37 am I get a call from a very rude driver Lwazi Hlophe telling me he is on his way to deliver. I respond saying I will only be in the office at 8am. No one is in the office before 8 asking him to deliver at 8 or after 8. He called me every 15 minutes asking how far I am from the office insisting I must come on the road to collect my parcel if the office is not happen. I told him that the delivery message did not say anything about early delivery, I have made availability arrangements for the hours stated on the message he said who ever sent that message was mad. The guy was rude until the second he delivered the parcel
