Rude and Unhelpful Customer Service

I have just called GFS Express customer service about my delayed delivery. I was told the delivery guy tried to deliver yesterday, but I was at home the whole day. Enquiring from the lady when can I expect delivery and how can I know the case has been escalated, I was shocked at her rudeness and didn't allow me an opportunity to voice what I require. The telephone service I just received was absolutely shocking. Clearly they need customer service training. And what is the point of calling a helpline if they say they can't help you
