Refusal to update delivery address from consultant

I have been trying form both my cell phone numbers to update the delivery address on a parcel and each and very time, from both numbers I am being told that I cannot be assisted as I need to send the whatsapp from the number registered with my account. How convenient is it? I need the delivery address changed without any excuses!!!
