Received absolutely the worst service from GFS Express

Received absolutely the worst service from GFS Express. Firstly I received a message that my package is out for delivery and will be deliver before 19:00 on Saturday the 14th February 2026. Needless to say, this did not happen. Then on the Sunday the 15th February 2026 I'm being messaged at 18:00 from one of their drivers that my parcel was wrongly loaded into his van and will have te be returned on Monday and delivered to me on Tuesday. Needless to say, this did not happen, then you are physically unable to get hold of this useless company as you cannot phone in. On their WhatsApp line they keep saying the matter has been escalated and they will be in contact within 1-3 business days which, one again needelss to say does not happen
