Poor service delivery by GFS EXPRESS

GFS EXPRESS, what a pathetic courier services associated with Temu and other major retailers. I placed order with Temu 16 December 2025, item showed out for delivery on 30th December 2025, I contacted the GFS contact center (manned by *********** staff) it's 06 January 2026 and no one knows where my parcel is. Spoke to a lady called Fatima and a gentleman called Marwaan who could not assist me in spite of hearing my frustration. The only explanation they gave was that I must blame Temu for the delay and that it could be a logistical error. How does this becomes the client's problem. I am extremely unhappy and want to cancel the parcel and want a full refund. I will never order on this platform again
