POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!

My Temu parcel went out of delivery on the 22nd of August 2025. Never received it. Also didn't receive it on Monday.

Got a notification on Temu Monday saying that GFS Express is trying to deliver. I phoned the offices of GFS, call places only 23rd time. Line got cut twice, hours later eventually the call center agent told me that the drivers were to late to deliver on Monday and assured me I'll receive it on Tuesday 26th of August. Right it is now, Thursday 28th of August 15:06. No delivery yet, staying on the Temu app they had 3 failed attempts of delivery. No one in sight, no communication from any drivers or GFS. Took me more than 3 hours to get hold of the call centre once again. First phone call, cut. 2nd phone call they couldn't pick up the tracking nr. Not having any answers or valid excuses, only that I'll receive my parcel on Monday the 1st of September. Not a user friendly website where anything can be traced or tracked, USELESS phone line and beyond USELESS AND RUDE call center agents.
