Poor service and *****

First time using this logistics company and i must say they could start by makingg their tracking system customer friendly...I have been expecting my shipment since last week. When I called last week friendly to confirm delivery they advised they dont deliver Sundays to my shock sunday they updated on their tracking app that they couldn't deliver and they customer did not respond. Today when I check the app it says they agreed with me for a rescheduling which is a lie as I have never got any comms from the delivery driver. Do not use this company
