Poor customer service

I received an SMS on the 03rd February stating that my parcel was out for delivery. I still have not received my parcel. Upon calling in , i was informed that the parcel was out for delivery and that the driver would call me. No calls were received and I'm still without my parcel. By far the worst courier company I've ever encountered!
