POOR COURIER SERVICE.

Hi there I ordered my Christmas gift quite early in December to make sure it arrives on time. Only half of my gifts was delivered as it was a different courier but the bulk was with GFS express couriers. I received an alert that they don't have my full address which I rectified and I am still waiting for my parcel. I reveived an sms to thank me for my patience and that it will be delivered shortly. I rep**** does that mean I get a refund for your shoddy service!? No reply and no updates and parcel still a no show! I'm so upset as they want their courier fee paid upfront so you are at their mercy.
