Pethetic courier service from GFS

One star is to much for this courier, they lost half of my order in the beginning of November 2025. I phoned them countless times and was told they are looking for my parcel, some times they found it other times it was still missing and there looking for it, then i was told it was sent back, I was given a different story every time I phoned, after a month they promised to refund my customs, but even after following up and sending emails to the refund department, I have still not gotten a refund. I will never place an order at any place using them as a courier, the service is atrocious and they are a bunch of ******* and lairs.
