I personally work as a Logistics Coordinator, they have no way of communicating to their customers, false information on the tracking portal, how is it possible for a package to be in George for almost 2weeks, apparently there is ONLY 1 SCANNER FOR ALL THEIR PACKAGES AND ITS NOT WORKING, SERIOUSLY...MXM... no phone calls, no communication via email or whatsapp or even an SMS that there is a delay, no address to go to the hub yourself and collect your package.
