Pathetic Service from GFS Express

Most pathetic service I have ever received from a tracking company. My parcel has been out for delivery since the 26th of January. I have been phoning them every day since then, each day it ah sorry the driver did not have time to deliver and each day I phone, get placed on hold or told a Supervisor will phone me back but to no surprise none of that happens. I will never advice anyone to trust GFS Express with your parcel as you might just never receive it.
