Pathetic service from GFS Express

Every day for the past 9 days the same excuse from them: "Parcel is with driver, it will be delivered today" It's been more than the 72hrs they said it takes for delivery to be completed. They can't tell me who the driver is, or where my parcel is. Always escalating my request for deliver to the driver - where do they escalate it to if they don't know who the driver is????

Phoned them again today 23/05 as it is the date from Temu by when I should have received my parcel, same excuse: "we will escalate it to driver and it will be delivered today"

I have tried to make contact with GFS via email and FB, up till today, no response. I truely hope Temu does not make use of this company's services again.
