PATHETIC SERVICE

Ive been waiting for more than a week for my package to be delivered! No one gets back to you on their WhatsApp number and you are automatically disconnected when holding on for an agent to talk to. Your service is absolutely pathetic! I ordered Christmas gifts on 27 November and by 23 December, I havent received it????!!!!!!!!!
